This program is for intelligent, talented, motivated people ready for practical skill building advice to quickly step-up-to-the-bat and take control of the professional power and influence that can be theirs. It is all encompassing in how one can effectively think, act, and relate up and down the ladder, in and outside of the organization.


Individual Consultation Program:
This accelerated program with the premier coaching consultant, Debra Benton, consists of:
1.  Telephone conversations prior to the consulting day in preparation for the time face-to-face.
2.  A mutually convenient meeting day (typically in Denver) for a 9:00 to 3:00 session.
Three months of unlimited phone and e-mail coaching after the meeting to implement the strategies and tangible solutions discussed.
Extended Program:
This program includes the first day as presented in the Individual Consultation Program. The benefit of the Extended Program is to ensure a second day of face-to-face consulting with Benton.

Depending on the situation, the second day may be conducted at the client’s office. In the Extended Program the unlimited phone and email coaching if for one year to closely follow the client’s career.
