Executive Consulting and Seminars: |
||||
| Debra
combines her talents of research, communication,
and delivery in working with groups as well
as individuals. Her team meets with various
company executives and/or department heads to
ensure the message the organization wants to
send is the message that gets sent. After a series of interviews she presents the CEO with findings and recommendations as to the organization’s effectiveness. She develops a plan for the organization and along with her team rolls it out through small and larger groups and one-on-one coaching. Debra’s Executive Seminars can be from a half day to three days in length. These seminars allow for specific issues to be addressed in-depth and can incorporate one-on-one consulting for seminar attendees. The learning objectives, established along with the CEO, focus on Strategic Communication. The purpose is to help individuals see a “bigger picture’ of their own leadership style and management approach. Through these executive seminars, participants examine both limitations and opportunities. They receive doable options to make better choices and decisions – both personally and professionally. Debra begins her presentation by describing executive charisma and its role in the effective executive mind set. She will provide background on the research supporting her recommendations, engaging her audience with real-life stories of other executives/CEOs and their experiences in using the material. With her audience "engaged" and "buying in" she launches an interactive presentation and discussion on the physical actions involved. Participants practice individually and as a group. What can participants expect to learn? Everything it takes to succeed in business outside of functional capability. Since Experienced Leaders, New Leaders, and High Potentials are being watched from below as well as above (in and outside of the organization) Benton’s approach ensures that these individuals become even more memorable, impressive, credible, genuine, trusted, liked, cool, calm, collected comfortable, competent, and confident in relationships up and down the ladder. Benton demonstrates in her group sessions and private coaching how taking control of one’s destiny by understanding and practicing the elements of executive charisma and the Art of Leadership will pay off in personal and professional effectiveness with a wide range of people To support individual efforts Benton backs up her advice with personal follow-up after the program. This maximizes effectiveness and minimizes risk. The subtle but powerful changes in each individual’s personal effectiveness will reverberate throughout organization. |
